May 5 is the National Day of Awareness for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls & 2S. It's a day to raise awareness and education about missing and murdered Indigenous women and girls, two spirited, and men.
In Edmonton, on May 5th at 10 AM - Hosted by Memorial March Of Edmonton for Missing and Murdered Women of Alberta invites folks to commemorate MMIWG2S and families impacted at Churchill Square and then to walk down Jasper Ave and 105 St to Beaver Hills House park for an event.
