The Housing/Affordability Action Research Team will be focus on the current crisis facing many families and individuals at this time “Where to I live and how will I be able to afford it?”.

The team will be inviting guest speakers from other organizations who have taken up the challenge of finding solutions to the housing/rental crisis that our communities are encountering in these days of high inflation, high interest rates and of many individuals earning a non-living wage.

The Mental Health Action Research Team focuses on increasing access to mental health and addiction recovery resources as well as other ways to reduce adverse stress.

Over the next 6 months the team will be researching the issues surrounding mental health and will bring in guest speakers to address the mental health problems our community are facing.
